Sunday Morning Worship | 6.7.26

Thank you for joining us on the Lord's Day for worship! This morning, we're continuing our study in the book of James. Today's message is part 6 and it is titled "Do Not Be Deceived; God is a Good Gift Giver." This message will hopefully allow us to see that God is indeed a good gift giver, but those gifts aren't always good in our sight.

Grounded in the context of the opening section of this letter, James wants his readers to know that trials and testing are good gifts. And while the persecuted Christians were tempted to think their God was not a good God because of their present condition, James tells them "Do not be deceived."
